Mumbai is about 150 km by road from our works at MIDC Bhosari, Pune, close enough for our team to reach the site and return the same day, which makes inspection visits and urgent repairs straightforward. Fabrication is done at our Pune works and our own crews carry out erection and testing at site.
Boilers, boiler pressure parts and steam piping come under the Indian Boiler Regulations. In Maharashtra, registration and inspection are handled by the state’s Chief Inspector of Boilers, and we supply the material certificates, test records and IBR documentation the inspector asks for. Pressure vessels are designed and built to ASME Section VIII or IS 2825 as the client specifies. Vessels storing compressed or liquefied gases also fall under the SMPV(U) Rules administered by PESO, and third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
